Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of store management including customer service.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages employee development.
• Assess and manage budgetary controls and profitability.
• Engage proactively in marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent branding and product presentation.
• Perform regular analysis of competitor performance and strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory supply and management.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager with performance updates.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
