Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, with strong analytical skills to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication across various departments involved in the supply chain.
• Manage budgets and forecast supply chain costs accurately.
• Enhance sustainability practices within the supply chain operations.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays proactively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is preferred
• Professional certification in supply chain management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles with a managerial component
