Accountant

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Accountant who will oversee financial transactions, prepare statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive analytical skills, a dedicated approach to improving processes, and the ability to collaborate among departments to effectively achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts.
• Prepare and manage year-end closing processes.
• Provide guidance on financial management to other team members.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations.
• Assist in the development of automated reporting tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of accounting experience with a managerial role being an advantage
