Responsibilities

• Manage daily patient care routines and ensure a safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in patients' health status.
• Implement infection control measures and maintain cleanliness.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and wellness practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in critical care or emergency nursing is preferred

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Prior experience in community health settings: Experience working in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
