As a Cloud Solutions Engineer based in Johannesburg, your primary responsibility will be to architect and deploy cloud-based solutions that are efficient and secure. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your background in cloud technologies will help shape our projects and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather technical needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security policies and regulations.
• Monitor cloud systems and perform regular health checks.
• Document cloud installations, configurations, and updates.
• Provide training and support for clients on cloud services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud technologies

Technical Skills

• Google Cloud Platform
• Terraform

Certifications

• AWS Certified Developer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
