Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Curriculum Developer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs tailored to various learning styles and needs. This role requires creativity and a deep understanding of pedagogical principles to develop resources that engage both learners and educators.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences that are inclusive and cater to students' different needs.
• Research and apply innovative teaching methods to enhance curriculum engagement.
• Create detailed lesson plans and instructional guides that align with national education policies.
• Work with educational leaders to align curriculum goals with school objectives.
• Encourage collaborative learning experiences that foster teamwork among students.
• Develop materials for teacher training relating to curriculum implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in educational program development
