Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and sourcing high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment campaigns for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Participate in creating a strong employer brand.
  • Conduct post-hire surveys to improve recruitment processes.
  • Enhance recruitment processes through the application of technology.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives for the recruitment team.
  • Assist with salary negotiations and employment contracts.
  • Provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage

  • 5+ years working in a recruitment role
