Job Description

We are seeking a Missionary Coordinator to oversee and coordinate missionary activities within our faith-based organisation. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective communication, develop relationships with missionaries, and ensure their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of missionary activities across various regions.
• Foster relationships with local organizations and churches to strengthen outreach efforts.
• Ensure the welfare and support of missionaries through regular check-ins.
• Design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of missionaries.
• Organize community engagement initiatives related to missionary projects.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of missionary programs.
• Prepare and manage budgets for all missionary activities.
• Coordinate with volunteers and interns to assist with various projects.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and understanding within missionary teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• An additional qualification in Social Sciences or related fields is preferred.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and fundraising initiatives.
