Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor complex automated sewing machinery.
• Report on production metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting of sewing machines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
• Document all maintenance and operational activities.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Automation is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
