Join our team as a Back Shoe Worker, where you will be crucial in ensuring the production of quality footwear. Your primary role will be to work on the back portion of the shoes, focusing on comfort, durability, and style. The ideal candidate has experience in shoe manufacturing and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Trim and shape the back of shoes to specifications.
• Buff surfaces and apply finishes as required.
• Conduct regular quality checks on produced items.
• Collaborate closely with the Production and Quality Assurance teams.
• Use industrial sewing machines and hand tools accurately.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations strictly.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training or certification in shoe making or related field

Experience

• Experience with different types of shoes (e.g. formal, sports, casual)

Technical Skills

• Experience with different materials (e.g. leather, synthetic fabrics)
• Experience with shoe repair and maintenance

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
