Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Experience in the general manufacturing environment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Install lighting, power, and control systems in manufacturing facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
• Train and supervise junior electricians and apprentices.
• Keep abreast of new electrical technologies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• N4 in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in safety procedures are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting

Technical Skills

• Electrical Safety Standards
• Troubleshooting

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
