Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about improving healthcare services and operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate patient services, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Your role will be crucial in enhancing patient satisfaction and streamlining healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to optimize patient service delivery.
  • Administer and oversee health and safety policies.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Review and approve patient billing and insurance claims.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory compliance and accreditation.
  • Facilitate staff meetings to discuss operational issues.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
  • Manage healthcare data and system updates.
  • Participate in strategic planning to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
