Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and will be responsible for enhancing our organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and driving employee development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Track and report supply chain expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in optimizing overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role

  • Excel

Certifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
Languages
