Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish project KPIs and track performance against targets.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations.
• Oversee procurement processes and management of external vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project-related inquiries.
• Ensure effective use of project management software and tools.
• Coordinate training and development for project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the consulting or construction industries

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages
