Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing HR policies and managing employee relations in a dynamic workplace. With a focus on talent acquisition and retention, the HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping our company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Review and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Manage talent development programs and plans.
  • Conduct internal audits of HR processes and practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Assist in budget preparation for the HR department.
  • Create and manage reports on HR metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management
