Job Description

Join us as an HR Generalist, responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will be a key player in promoting a positive workplace culture in our Port Elizabeth office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Monitor employee performance and address concerns proactively.
  • Update HR policies in accordance with the latest labor laws.
  • Implement employee wellness initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with management to support HR objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate diploma in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
