Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Account Manager based in Pretoria to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
  • Train and onboard new clients to enhance their product experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support acquisition of new accounts.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Actively seek to enhance client engagement through various initiatives.
  • Manage account budgets and ensure services delivered align with agreed spend.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events aimed at customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service

  • CRM Software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
