Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, specifications, and budget estimates.
• Review and approve contractor work and ensure standards are met.
• Collaborate with local authorities on zoning and permit requirements.
• Prepare project documentation for approvals and bids.
• Advise on construction methods and materials.
• Assist in preparing proposals and bids for new projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
