Job Description

We are seeking a Metal Checker to ensure the quality of our metal products. The ideal candidate will inspect and verify dimensions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials before production.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product designs for manufacturability.
• Maintain calibration of inspection equipment.
• Support quality training sessions for new employees.
• Monitor compliance with ISO quality management systems.
• Help drive initiatives for reducing defect rates.
• Generate reports on inspection results and trends.
• Act as a liaison between quality assurance and production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification or training in quality control

Experience

• Experience in the metal manufacturing industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with metalworking processes
• Statistical process control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to deadlines

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
