Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Operations Planner to manage and optimize our production schedules. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operational efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement production planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Evaluate production performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to discuss production issues and solutions.
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Support the implementation of new production technologies.
  • Provide inputs for safety and compliance initiatives in production.
  • Review and adjust work plans based on production forecasts.
  • Document and track changes in production processes.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards within the production environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years within a manufacturing environment focusing on operations planning
