Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support requests efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor IT systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on systems.
• Help develop user guides and training materials.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• ITIL Certification is preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical roles
