Job Description

The Pulp Mixer is responsible for mixing and blending pulp materials to produce high-quality paper products in line with company standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control are vital for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Mix various pulp materials in accordance with specified guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain machinery functionality.
  • Conduct quality checks at different production stages.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on process efficiencies.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Support inventory management for raw materials.
  • Participate in health and safety training.
  • Document production activities accurately.
  • Assist in problem-solving related to pulp quality issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Paper Manufacturing Technology) preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in pulp mixing or similar manufacturing role
