Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Event Coordinator. In this position, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a diverse range of events. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee all aspects of events, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and participants.
  • Prepare event proposals and contracts in alignment with client expectations.
  • Supervise event staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
  • Create detailed timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for future events based on feedback.
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial reports are accurate.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers and guests.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the event.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Certification in Event Planning considered a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in event coordination
