We are seeking a Resort Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our luxury resort in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A background in hospitality management and a passion for service excellence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the resort meets high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Plan and execute special events and activities to enhance guest experience.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to align on goals and opportunities.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in resort or hotel management
