We are seeking a driven Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate finance and a passion for financial markets. Your role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as guiding them through capital raising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market conditions to inform investment strategies.
• Create and maintain financial models to support transactions.
• Present investment opportunities and strategies to clients.
• Work with senior management to formulate strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the development of financial marketing materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related field
