Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and develop tailored content that promotes organizational growth and employee success.

Responsibilities

• Create e-learning content and interactive training modules.
• Monitor and report on training attendance and outcomes.
• Implement learning management systems (LMS) for tracking employee progress.
• Assist in the development of leadership and soft skills training.
• Facilitate continuous learning through workshops and seminars.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and training.
• Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants as required.
• Foster an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles
