Job Description

As a Diversity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. You will work closely with senior management to integrate diversity principles into the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a diversity training curriculum.
• Manage diversity initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to raise awareness of diversity issues.
• Analyze workforce demographics to inform strategy.

• Assist in conflict resolution related to diversity issues.
• Stay updated with legal regulations regarding employment equity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diversity management or related fields
