Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with all regulations. You will play a crucial role in managing payroll systems and assisting with employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll calculations including overtime, leave, and bonuses.
  • Ensure timely payments and accurate deductions.
  • Review and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with finance for budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor and update payroll software for efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation for audits related to payroll.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing
