Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and implement new strategies for improved operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of health data.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Evaluate and implement new healthcare technologies.
  • Support health education initiatives within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
