Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for patients. Your role will be critical in promoting health and managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Manage patient follow-up care and consultations.
• Facilitate referrals to specialized services as necessary.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
• Participate in professional organizations and community outreach.
• Contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and supervision of nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
