Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects aimed at promoting sustainability and compliance with environmental regulations. You will conduct environmental assessments, prepare reports, and work closely with clients to align their goals with environmental best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites for potential environmental impacts.
• Draft Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and other regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise with government agencies regarding environmental permits.
• Conduct fieldwork and data collection for environmental studies.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
• Evaluate compliance with environmental standards and practices.
• Develop mitigation strategies for identified environmental risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in consulting environments

Languages
