• Participate in root cause analysis for operational problems.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Track project progress and timelines for engineering initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into current systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
