Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Work collaboratively with product managers and developers to clarify testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful QA process.
• Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot bugs/defects.
• Implement and improve testing methodologies and practices.
• Lead QA initiatives and promote a quality-focused culture.
• Prepare and present testing reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Utilize various testing tools to conduct quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
