Coater Helper

Job Description

As a Coater Helper, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by assisting in the preparation and application of coatings. Your responsibilities will include maintaining coating equipment, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with our skilled technicians to ensure production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Mix and manage coating materials according to specifications.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during production.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with industrial coatings and painting techniques preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical skills
• Quality control experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Strong work ethic

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience working in production settings is considered a plus.
