Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive their medications safely and effectively. You will be responsible for managing inventory, providing drug information, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the proper dispensing and administration of medications.
• Maintain pharmacy security and safeguard controlled substances.
• Provide immunization services when applicable.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
• Review prescription orders for potential drug interactions and contraindications.
• Maintain good relationships with patients and foster trust through excellent service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist

• Clinical pharmacy

Certifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
• Advanced Pharmacy Practice Residency (APPR)

• English: Fluent
