Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who will be instrumental in optimizing production processes and improving efficiency in our manufacturing plant in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering principles and analytical skills to enhance operational performance and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency and quality.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and inform decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role
