Plaster Molder

Job Description

The Plaster Molder will be responsible for creating plaster molds used in the manufacturing of products. This role involves mixing plaster to the right consistency, applying it to molds, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Operate various plaster mixing and molding equipment.
• Train new team members on mold production techniques.
• Implement improvements to optimize the molding process.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mold creation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred.
