Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our human resources operations while supporting the recruitment and employee relations processes. You will work closely with management to formulate effective strategies for talent management, performance improvements, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support management in talent acquisition by sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Organize and maintain employee training programs.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations with respect and confidentiality.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in developing organizational culture and employee advocacy programs.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics and analytics.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand workforce needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources management
