HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will take charge of our HR strategy, manage employee relations, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. You will be expected to handle recruitment, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws while providing support to employees.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies that support organizational goals.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
• Manage employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
