Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Prepare architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure design integrity.
• Integrate sustainable design practices in all projects.
• Advise clients on cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED AP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
