Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Design and execute rehabilitative programs that foster recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Offer education regarding long-term health management and wellness.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Regularly update treatment documentation and patient files.
• Evaluate therapy efficacy and adjust programs accordingly.
• Contribute to peer training and mentorship within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., Orthopedics, Neurology) are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Therapeutic modalities
• Rehabilitation protocols

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Conflict resolution

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with telehealth practices: Experience using telehealth platforms for remote patient sessions.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping): Relevant certifications that enhance treatment techniques.
