Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, conducting quality assessments, and implementing improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process assessments and coordinate implementation of improvements.
• Review and revise operational procedures.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage projects related to process optimization.
• Develop process maps and documentation for staff training.
• Use statistical methods to monitor and control processes.
• Drive efficiency initiatives that align with corporate objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or similar roles

Certifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
