Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall wellbeing of our patients and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient counseling sessions to enhance medication adherence.
• Review and monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Assist in stock management and procurement of pharmaceuticals.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional certifications in specialized pharmacy areas are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in retail or clinical pharmacy roles
