Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Pretoria office. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your skills will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Partner with management on employee development and performance appraisals.
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improving retention.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on best practices in HR management.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., SAP, SHRM) preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
