Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions and strategies at Dynamic HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in cultivating a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Revise and implement HR policies to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide solutions.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
  • Facilitate performance review meetings and provide coaching.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop reporting for senior management.
  • Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
  • Drive employee training initiatives for skill enhancement.
  • Encourage feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver presentations on HR initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field
  • Additional HR certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role
