Job Description

We are seeking an HR Manager who will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to compliance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in creating effective HR strategies, developing policies, and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish HR best practices and drive HR programs.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with policy.
  • Advise management on HR trends and developments.
  • Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication.
  • Lead projects related to employee satisfaction and company culture.
  • Ensure HR compliance across all company policies.
  • Develop training programs that meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage external HR vendors and consultants as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is a plus
