Responsibilities

• Create and implement program timelines and milestones.
• Advocate for the community’s needs with local government and funders.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and volunteers.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit program management

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
