The ideal candidate will be experienced in design, project management, and client relations. You will work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to elevating architectural standards in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
• Oversee project development from inception to completion.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and laws.
• Work alongside engineers and other specialists to create cohesive projects.
• Prepare tender documents and manage project budgets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in an architectural role with leadership responsibilities

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Professional Architecture License
• Sustainable Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
