Responsibilities

• Design and implement chemical processes for manufacturing.
• Conduct experiments to analyze the efficiency of processes.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing processes to improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports of experiments undertaken.
• Monitor quality control throughout production processes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Assist in the training of staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or similar role
