Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to fill vacancies effectively.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale.
  • Guide employees through HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in the development of succession planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with management to support business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
